news [ <topic> ]

news <topic> = <start> [ , <end> ]

Displays the current news file for the game. Must be typed in full. If a topic is given, then it displays the information on that specific topic. It is possible to view only select lines of text by specifying a start and optionally an end line number. The range is inclusive.
